Tasty Sand

Sarah, Evan and I had an outstanding time on Vacation last month. We spent some quality family time out at the beach in South Carolina. This was my boy's first trip to the beach and we learned some very important things about him. 1. He loves to swim 2. He loves to eat sand 3. He is the worlds best traveling baby. I tried to stop down and get some good pictures, here are just a few.

My Favorite picture I have taken

Its been a while since I have posted to this blog. Its been a very busy time for me and my family. 2 trips to the emergency room (everyone is fine), a bunch of heavy summer storms and a fun family vacation to the beach to plan. I guess I am sort of burying the lead as they say but I feel the need to explain myself to the people that enjoy this blog. Yesterday was Fathers day and I got to spend it with my grandfather, my dad, and my son. It was my first fathers day as a dad and it was pretty special. I am so blessed to have Evan in my life and I can't wait to watch him grow up to be a good man. This is a picture I took on the beach yesterday that is easily my favorite picture ever.

Spent a great Friday with my wife and son at the Grapevine Main Street Days festival. Good some good shots and had a great time. Corney Dogs and funnel cakes. Ahhh yes.

Obligatory embarrassment

As a new parent I feel like this is the start of my chance to embarrass my son. C'mon this has to be shared!

Pure genius

Struggling for inspiration I typically turn to humor. I think you will enjoy Awkward Family Photos because lets be honest, we all have a picture like one of these stuffed away in a drawer. Well pull those pictures out people and be proud!!
